Markets are brutal. How you holding up?
Holding well, keeping a balanced and diversified portfolio (not 100% in crypto!), and trying not to look every day at the charts 
Also, reviewing in details Whitepaper/tokenomics/team members of crypto I invested in, to let go of the ones I don’t feel confident holding for too long. It makes it easier to hold through bear market with only the crypto projects I trust. (Even more with all the debacles going on)
