Ability to transfer locked LINA to another wallet

I got compromised and cannot transfer LINA to secure wallet.
I think it is better if LINA has a function to transfer locked LINA, to another wallet (also locked) when one is hacked. I hope this function is possible to add. Maybe pay 5% LINA as punishment.

This is a good question.
I never thought about the saferty of the locked tokens…
Let’s see if someone of the LC members can give some more details about this.
